Amit is the Group Head of People & Culture at PeopleStrong and Taggd. He is an XLRI Alumni and responsible for driving the global people agenda at PeopleStrong. He firmly believes “Peoplecare is a good business.”

Amit has worked with global organizations like Aricent Technologies, and Tata Communications in various HR SME roles with a career spanning over 18+ years. He has deep prowess in HR Work Tech SaaS, IT, and the telecom industry. His expertise lies in building a strong brand value with an eco-system where employee satisfaction, mindfulness, and well-being are at the core. He focuses on driving a collaborative mindset and digitization of the processes for higher productivity and believes in bringing cultural sensitivity to global workplaces.

Amit is also the recipient of the ‘Gold Plaque Award,’ PeopleStrong’s highest award for his innovative and progressive HR practices. He has been chosen as the top 100 HR professionals under 40 across India.

He loves writing blogs and poems. He is a sports enthusiast and has a keen interest in philatelic.
